blur - “Popscene”
After watching blur play at Glastonbury (unfortunately as close as I got was in front of my TV), I’ve been very much “back into” blur. The music is perfect for the current spate of hot summery weather.
Although “Popscene” wasn’t one of their hits (in fact, the album it was cancelled after a rather… erm… “lukewarm” reception to the single), its just resurfaced on their “Midlife” collection and is a thoroughly enjoyable thrash about. Enjoy!
