"Customer Service" - How hard can it be?!?!?!

  • Me: "How long do I have left on my mobile phone contract?"
  • Callcentre: "You'd like to upgrade your phone?"
  • Me: "no, not right now, just want to know how long i've got left"
  • Callcentre: "What price plan would you like?"
  • Me: "No... your not getting this are you?"
  • Callcentre: "Urrrr.... which handset do you want to upgrade to?"
  • Me: "Goodbye"
